First lets start I switched from AT&T to go to Helio thinking it would be a great idea since my friend has the same service and it works good WRONG!!! So I got the Ocean 2 500 minute all in plan. After the first month of service the phone starting acting up it would turn on and off randomly all the time. So I called they said no problem we will send you a new phone.
