Toyota Financial Services neglected transferring my automatic debit from my former bank to my present bank, even though I filled out the necessary forms & did everything necessary. I have spent hours on the phone & computer with them, & have been assured it will be done, but it still hasn't, after over 3 months, & I am repeatedly charged a late fee for their incompetence. It has been so frustrating & stressful, I will never buy or lease a Toyota again. The employees at Toyota Financial Services have a deservedly bad reputation for their incompetency & poor customer relations. They should all be fired. read full review »
