Through Mr. Berent's website, he apparently maintains an email list of those who have contacted him for help with their anxiety. In the latter part of 2005, Mr. Berent contacted, by email, a selection of people on that email list to announce a contest he was sponsoring. Mr. Berent, apparently for his own personal gain, blantantly exploited and disrespected every person who entered that email contest. Affordable Housing of New England

The low-income apartment complex where I live is for the elderly and disabled who have special problems. Affordable Housing of New England (AHNE) has little regard for those problems. AHNE is dishonest, manipulative, and often unconscionable. They get away with it by exploiting our seeming powerlessness. Their priority is clearly their bottom line.
