I contacted this company for a "free" trial for the Purelift cream in July, 2009. I called and cancelled the account before the time limit given. However, imagine my surprise when I checked my checking account balance and discovered that on August 4, 2009 I was charged $58.76 for something I had already cancelled. I called the company on August 5, 2009 at the number that appeared on my bank statement and was told that I had to mail back the unused portion of Purelift and that my account would be credited with the $58.76 in 4-5 days.
