Mr. Rooter is possibly the worst plumbing company I've ever done business with. It is so discouraging to think that they swindled us out of $1500 for a job that completely destroyed our concrete porch floor and our foundation. We called them out to our house originally to clear the main drain line out due to a back-up. After several unsuccessful attempts, they started to pull up red clay from the clean-out pipe.
