Never before have I been so displeased with the customer service and tech support provided by a major company like Verizon. I have been a FIOS customer for several months with no problems. Two weeks ago, I started getting the black screen, Currently Unavailable issue with my HD DVR. The regular set top boxes in the house work just fine.
