I bought three years of warranty from NHP which took me through 2010, now I find out they have filed bankruptcy and I have lost a year of up front payment to this company not to mention the service calls I put in that were never honored. One service call was for my pool. They send me the repair guys name and number, it was not even from anywhere close, he was two hours away and said he does not and would not work with this company, then they told me they would call me back in 24 hours with someone new, which never happened.
