Placed an order for a chair on 9/9 ... On the website said it would be shipped no later than 9/15 ... On 9/24 I called asking where the chair was or a tracking number. Representative Kieran told me item was back ordered until October. I told her to cancel order since I needed the chair prior to October. On monday I received an email informing me that the chair was shipped and was given a tracking number, also in the email was informed that if I refused order a 20% restocking fee would be applied to order..
