I wish I would have read the reviews here first. Sears came to clean my very new carpet for the first time. They ruined the carpet with oversaturation and ph imbalance. If that wasn't bad enough, the customer service was even worse. They seem to be simply phone operators who cannot or won't do anything to make it right. They denied even coming to see the damage and based it on a complete fable of defamation!
