i ordered a trial version for 'shipping only' and paid for shipping. the trial period was 10 days and i canceled in 7 days and have confirmation numbers from my call. four days later i was charged 92.37 and i called the company to complain. i was told i would receive a credit. twenty one days later i was AGAIN charged 92.37 and received another shipment of the product. i called the company to get an RMA to return the product and was told they would email me an RMA. after three calls, i finally received the RMA and returned... read full review »
