OH MY GOD. I think I have developed an ulcer dealing with this company...I'M NOT KIDDING. It is almost beyond comprehension how awful this company's customer service is. While the people are oh-so-nice to you, NOTHING THEY SAY GETS DONE WHATSOEVER. They lie and lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear (just to get you off the phone with them).
