I called to have a perkins loan consolidated with the rest of loans which had already been consolidated. For some unknown reason, this one loan remained outstanding. In September an employee walked me through the site and choose the appropriate application and guided me through the questions. I called a week later and 8 days later and 9 days later until finally I was told that the consolidation was solid and all was well.
