I filled out the form expecting to be charged $0.99 for an instructional CD. They wrote that I agreed to 3 seperate memberships for which monthly billing will commence after the short trial period. It will be charged to my debit card. The company does not answer their telephone. I do not know the true name of the company. Billing has not yet started. What can I do now? John D.
