I switched my cell, home phone, internet and television over to At&t from Charter Communications. It has been a big hassle from day. Extremely poor customer service. Orders not put in correctly. Rebates impossible to get because the rebate site either does not exist or representative claims to have put it through, only to call back and claim there is no record of it.
