I order my tickets on July 10, 2009 for a vikings football game on October 5, 2009. My credit card was charged that day. Two weeks before the game I started to contact them to get the tickets. I still have not heard from them, even thought I called over 40 times, and have emailed a dozen times. So now I will miss the game and still have no way of getting my money back. This group goes thru a broker. I have contacted the broker who has also tried to contact them with no luck. I cannot believe how unproffesional this group is. All they need to do is call me back.
