On the 09/18/09 I ordered one new eye glasses from the St. Luke's Eye Care & Laser Center optical department. I ordered one of unlined bifocals new eye glasses, but what i got was one new eye glasses with lined bifocals. I don't wear glasses with lined bifocals. I was under the understanding that i was getting and paided in cash $159.00 receipt # 721223 one new eye glasses with unlined bifocals.
