Representing Federated Financial Corp., a man who called himself "Justin" called my business on 09/30/09 and asked for a person whose name I am not familiar with. When I told "Justin" he had the wrong number, he told me I was a liar. He also used foul and vulgar language, and when I hung up the phone after asking him to never call me or this telephone number again, he called me right back and continued to use abusive language.
