under 1 yr warranty my iphone started a crack at the plug in opening 1/4 inch and is running. when I brought it in to chandler their only customer support was buy a new phone for $199. Went to Biltmore store which tends in the past to be more proactive & they said it is not a defect but from "dropping the phone at some pt? I said it is at the plug in hole, no defect anywhere on perfect otherwise & working phone..their solution was do the upgrade for additional $$$ of course?! can I send a complaint to someone who will actually... read full review »
