We are a local animal charity in New Jersey that was having a Pictures with Santa day on November 30th. We placed an order for 30 lawn signs for rush service/2-day delivery on Wednesday, November 19th. The customer service person, Emily Marcus, assured me via email (and I have the emails to prove it) that I would receive my order by end of day on Monday. I asked twice and was told the same twice.
