I have received 15 overdraft fees in the last month. A couple of them I can understand but the others I can not. When you call into the bank they make sure that they remind you that you are just barely above the poverty level. I completely did not appreciate the fact that I was advised about how my account had a low retention rate so therefore I could go ahead and close my account.
