Several months ago I fell behind on my credit card payment. I was impossible to catch up. Approx about June 2009 I contacted GE Money bank and told them my situation. GE Money bank offered me a payment plan of $30.00/month for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months they would roll my back to my normal monthly payment. I accepted this plan. In September 2009 my in-laws received a call from a lawyers office in OKC. (My inlaws live in San Antonio Texas).
