We purchased a used car from a dealership that has now gone out of business. We purchased our own insurance. The car payments are made within the grace period. Wells Fargo increased the payment of the car and to pay for their insurance, Balboa. We protested and faxed information to them on our insurance coverage. No lapses occured. Wells Fargo continued to pay Balboa despite our protests and lowering our payment to only pay for the car.
