As with the many other complaints, Alarm Capital Alliance purchased the service contract from a local company and then changed the contract terms with an automatic renewal without notice for a 3 year term. When attempting to cancel the service, I was only reminded of the terms of the contract and assured that if I did not complete my end (pay) they would enter the account into collections and report it to credit reporting agencies. Nice company, huh? Incidentally, they do business under many, many different names. If your security company has an address in PA, be very, very careful about doing business with them. read full review »
