I was online looking at grants.gov. I spent an entire evening looking and filling out different questionaires and forms. I do not remember much about the promotion. It must have been entirely convincing in order for me to give my bank information over the internent, as I have been scammed before. I was to pay only shipping and handling information that would be beneficial when trying to understand grants. The next time I gave it any thought, was when I saw the charge in online banking.
