I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to have furniture delivered. First I was told it would be delivered in 48 hours. Then I was told I had to wait 9 days. Today, on the date of scheduled delivery, I find out that they aren't coming until next week. The only solution offered by customer service is to waive the delivery fee. Even threatening to cancel the entire order was met with indifference. Apparently they don't care about customer satisfaction. read full review »
