I just wanted to make my complaint known to everyone about universal gas and electric. It is true, they are a scam and do not sign up with them for any reason. They supposedly supply the gas for Consumers Energy. They will tell you that their main purpose is to lock in your gas rate so that you will not be charged a higher rate in the future. Do not trust this though.
