Two months ago, I paid my Macy's bill at a local store -- I was unfortunately ONE DAY LATE. My bad -- this month, I get the next bill and there is a $25 late payment fee.<br /> <br /> I called the 800- phone number for Macy's customer service and spoke to an agent in India. I nicely explained that I made my payment one day late because I couldn't get to the store in time and even though it was my mistake, as a long-time Macy's card holder, I would like a courtesy waiver to remove the late payment fee.<br... read full review »
