1-800 Mattress was taken over by Sleepy's August 19th, 2009. I purchased my bed August 1st with the understanding I had a 30 day exchange right. The bed was for a guest room and was firmer than I expected. I had bought a similar bed the year before and wanted to exchange it for this. The wonderful folks at Sleepy's took a half hour to answer the customer service number, told me that they bought the bankrupt company on August 19th, and would honor nothing.
