i wrote a letter to Mr. Michael Dell in Texas..They have outsourced ALL of their service to India. this sucks! my husband is ready to take this computer to mr dell himself!! I would recommend writing a letter to Mr. Dell, type the address on the envelope..type in larger letters, "REQUESTED INFORMATION"..it will get someone's attention..good luck guys! read full review »
