I purchased a phone with 2yr contract and $99 rebate to be mailed after 181 days. I waited for the time to mail the rebate, and included every paperwork they requested and mailed it usps with delivery confirmation. The rebate was mailed on August 05, and they were delivered on August 07. Till today, Letstalk is still saying that they have not received the form. I have been transferred to several customer service personnel and non of them can confirm that they received the rebate package.
