Purchased for xmas 2008 from sams club. Screen went blank. Called customer service line. Got tech who could barely speek english and had to repeat himself many times. He had me try to update the bios. Did not work. Had to call customer service again. Another tech who you could not understand. He faxed info on how to return item. Returned item as instructed. Contacted by repair center that stated that the LCD was broke and that was "Customer Abuse" which was not covered by the 1 year warranty. Contacted customer service.
