Interlake Material Handling Interlake IMH CANCELLED MY INLAWS BLUE CROSS HEALTH CARE THREE MONTHS AGO BUT KEPT THEIR PREMIUMS. DID NOT NOTIFY THEM SO NOW THEY CANNOT GET COMPARABLE INSURANCE AND IT WILL NOT BE CONTINUOUS. They have cashed all his premium payments thru October 1 but cancelled his health care insurance effective 7/1/2009. They only notified Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL Sept 15, 2009, that the policy was cancelled effective 7/1/2009. How can a company do this????? No notifications and kept the monthly payments.
