After receiving no communication, other than an order confirmation, Office Depot cancelled my order. The order was for a computer that was priced well below competitors. Almost too good to be true. They say they attempted delivery twice (never notified me) and cancelled the order due to no one being home. When I called to inquire about setting up another delivery, I was told the offer was now void and I would have to pay a (MUCH) higher price than my original order. This seems like such a scam. The lack of communication, delivery notification, and customer service add up to a business that I will not be dealing with any longer. read full review »
