The Dillard's in Newna is no place to work! the store manager treats the employees like they are children, and when you try to ask her something she always says i don't have time for that or some smart remark. When she took over the store she fired managers left and right because the previous store manager hired them. She has fired over 50 percent of the store because she didn't hire them.
