I have a negative experience with Bright House customer service. I am subject of their harassment with the purpose of extorting my money. They send me to collection services for no reason. In fact, Bright house offered me a prepaid internet service on February 2009. I mean that I have to pay the service in advance, if I need it. So, as for other prepaid services, if we don't pay it, we don't get it.
