Medco does indeed have its problems that need attention. I have found that unfortunately they can't be solved on the phone or on email much of the time. However, I believe they are trying to deal with them. I have used the Better Business Bureau to get resolution. The BBB send my email complaint to the CEO's office, where a professional works on resolving it. Even when they feel they have been correct, they will often make a concession (if asked).
