I closed my home loan and they sent me my escrow that was in my account stating my insurance and taxes were paid for 2008. In June, of 2009, i received a threatening letter from a tax service that my taxes had accumulated over 500.00 of fees and penalties. I called them and they said to send the copy of whatever i had to pay and they would see about paying me back on those fees. I did and have not heard back from them. I had to pay 1004.00 for my property taxes that should have been in the amount of 458.00. Thanks Bank of America!!! Good quality of service from ya!! Debbie Young read full review »
