I contacted Assurant Solutions when my warranties PS3 wouldn't operate. As instructed, I returned it to the company and they promised a check for $499.99, which was the original purchase price. 2 months, 20 phone calls, and hours on hold later, I still do not have my check. The staff is polite but not knowledgeable, and the managers are not responsive. One manager, Humphrey, instructed an associate to tell me he was on break to avoid taking my call... He clearly did not do what he promised to do in a previous call. I'll be contacting the BBB! read full review »
