DO NOT EVEN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... Smoke Assassin, Smoke Assist and Smoker's Saviour are all the same scam- just divided to hide their defective product and WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After months of no product that worked, I spent my own money to ship back the defectives next day with a long letter. I called back to see noone has read my compaints- in fact the service rep hung upon me, only after he told me that my credit card had to charged again if I wanted another sent to me.
