I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card of $79.95 from July 9th, 2009 and I am supposed to get a 50% reimbursement of $40.00 from June 24th, 2009. I cancelled any future shipments in June. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail numerous times and they keep telling me that they have credited my account but I called my bank today and there is still no credit. You can't speak to a manager and there is no support for billing. You can only talk to the people that take the orders. It is too late for my bank to do anything. What can I do? read full review »
