I have tried and tried to speak with someone who has the authority to fix my problem to no avail. I ordered your "free trial" before Christmas. Because of the commotion of the holidays I did not even open the package until after the 1st of the year. I tried the AciBerry for 1 week and didn't feel that it had any difference and I never even opened the colon cleanse, so I called to cancel my account.
