The phone goes to a voice mail- no one ever returns a call. The website goes to a facial product that I didnt order. The trial was suppossed to give 14 days to try the product, but by the time I received it I was given only 6 days before the time was up. This product is very difficult to use & I am not impressed, I would return it, but according to the paperwork it requires the company send a UPS lable. I cannot get the lable if I cant reach the company. If it isnt returned they will charge $79.95 +5.95 s&h to my card so I cancelled... read full review »
