I ordered a pair of boots from them. Not only was I never notified that my order had been shipped, I was eventually sent the wrong pair of boots!! I have been waiting for a MONTH for a response form this company in regards to my refund. I have done everything they asked me to in order to issue a refund and STILL have not followed through. Now they are claiming they will not read any of my emails because they are "rude". Basically they know they are in the wrong and dont want to give me my money back. Spare yourself a headache and DO NOT do business with the terrible company. read full review »
