I was charged $69.95 2 months in a row despite the fact that I canceled. The site is also linked to 'Ideal Wealth Builder Club' which charges you $29.95 a month. No where do they say that to access the site you will be charged $69.95. I believe this is automatic. The phone number called is a call center in the Philippines. They do not refund the money unless you call in 7 days. Here is what you can do.
