I bought a 1 year subscription in 2008 which expired and DRI, without notice or authorization charged my credit card for another annual subscription. I called their number 952-646-5288 and have demanded the charges be reversed and the subscription cancelled without delay. I also notified by credit card company and will be notifying the FTC and BBB of this aggressive and improper conduct. read full review »
