I ordered a free trial product on November 23rd and received the order on January 5th. ( I live in Canada so that may be why it took so long) I was charged shipping charges for this order, as stipulated on their website. On December 15th I was charged $ 63.44 Canadian and on December 30th I was charged another $82.22 Canadian. I have not received any other product and did not agree to automatic shipments. Forget trying to call them. No one answers. They do not reply to their e-mails either. I must cancel my credit card and request a refund.
