Last Christmas I recieved "The Wine Enthusiast" corkscrew set, it fell apart after approximately half a dozen uses. Today I decided to contact "The Wine Enthusiast" online, explained the problem and was instructed to contact Customer Service at 1-800-356-8466 ext. 13606. The woman that answered was very rude, telling me I had to buy another one, when I told her that I felt it was very expensive for only six uses she snapped that she didn't think it cost too much in the first place!
