Why would Napa State Hospital allow for a Contract Company such as Futures Rehab, Inc. hire employees such as Physical Therapist one in particular and 2-PT Assistants claim to be on the hospital grounds working when in deed they are not. This allows for the President of Futures Rehab, Inc. to earn a monthly income from it's 3 so called therapy employees to sign their signature with false times being on the grounds getting a paid wage when actually they are not there.
