On Friday, April 7th, I went to Regis Hair Salon in Monroe, NC to get a relaxer put in my hair. I asked the hairdresser to style my hair using her fingers and not a comb. On Saturday, April 8th, I started running my fingers through my hair and noticed my hair at the nape of my neck coming out. In fact, the hair at the nape of my neck was broke off. Two small places were bald. I had two different stylists from two different locations look at my hair.
