I order the free trial on November 10, 2008 and did not recieve the product until the ending of the month. They charged me the Shipping charge on the date of the order and two weeks later was charged $79.95 which was after the trial period expired. I sent several emails to the company and never recieved a response from them. I also called and left voice messages for a call back and no one ever returned the call.
